Weather trashes weekend

The weather trashed the weekend fixtures apart from the 2nds that came unstuck on a damp Chew Magna track.

Elsewhere, however, Charlie Walker maintained his recent fine form with the bat by hitting his first century for Somerset. He finished on a career best 137 vs Gloucester u16 in the counties 2 day game at Frocester CC. Somerset ended on 329 all out. Gloucester were on 91 for 5 at stumps at the end of Day 1. The second day was washed out

For more details of last weeks games, see the RESULTS section.

Outdoor nets are held at the ground every Tuesday as soon after 6.00pm as is possible to make a start. (in other words when more than two players turn up).
